Before we do any creative execution or strategy generation we with start with in depth primary and secondary research. The research approach we recommend depends on the client’s needs, company industry, and geography. The research phase may involve desk research, internal and external stakeholder interviews, focus groups, brand surveys, and competitive and market analysis. A key difference of Orange Eclipse branding is the tools and techniques we use to examine your online brand. During this research phase a key milestone is a clear snapshot of the current state of the brand both online and offline.
Once this research phase is complete, we will help your organization develop a new brand strategy including a new vision, mission, value proposition, company values, and positioning. Next we then will conduct a brand gap analysis between the current and future state. We will use this gap analysis to work with your organization to help develop an actionable plan to implement the new brand.
Following the approved brand strategy and plan, our team will begin the creative stage with conceptual designs of the brand. The creative stage may include the development (or refinement) of the brand identity (logo), collateral design, and the development of brand guidelines. The brand guidelines is a formal document outlining the brand strategy and identity for use in all of the company’s marketing communications. The more consistent a brand, the more memorable that brand will be in the minds of prospective customers. This is how brand equity is built and brand equity can lead to a higher company valuation.
